Human trafficking focus of conference —
When thinking about crime in the Central Valley, thoughts often turn to gangs and burglaries. Not many bring up human trafficking, which generates an estimated $32 billion worldwide every year. Soroptimist International of Hanford hopes to change public perception this week.
